Wow what a find I stumbled onto checking through my tv stations. Bored with other shows I tried channel eighteen and was rewarded with your show.
Its great, only thing I did not care for was the Seal, cause I don't like reading a picture show, but I stuck it out for the movie w was weird and interesting.

I too blundered across this show, which is only on once or twice a week in PHX.
I love these old horror and science fiction miovies. I still remember them vividly, throwing up Halloween candy.
I for one really appreciate the availability of these movies. Many are better than you think. _________________ Lovecraft Rules |

Some friends and I discovered Off Beat Cinema last week on WPXS. Destroy All Planets was on, and that combined with the beatnik madness was one of the most delirious things I've ever witnessed and was insanely happy to have found such awesomeness, not to mention it was on at the particularly late, slap-happy hours of the night. I'm a little sad that I did not know about you cool cats until now, but glad to have found you nonetheless! I'm going to try and catch the show as often as I can.

| I noticed another person from St. Louis on here, too, so that makes three! Kind of crazy. |

I'm from just outside St. Louis, across the river. |

I'm about 100+ miles east of St. Louis. We catch you on Channel 18 WPXS. I'm not sure how far back I started watching. It's generally on in the wee hours of the morning, which suits me, as I am an insomniac to the nth degree. I roam the channels, looking for films to see for the first time or the umpteenth time. I have the bad habit of watching films I especially like repeatedly when I should be checking out something new.
I very much enjoy your offerings and assuredly shall return for more! The beatnik buzz is fun, too, as I'm a FIfties-Sixties person who very much remembers the beat influence, from Maynard G. Krebbs to Jack Kerouac. Even Illya Kuryakin of "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." surprised us by showing that he was one of the cool ones. That black turtleneck sweater should have clued us in. No U.N.C.L.E. fan's wardrobe was complete unless he or she (predominately she) had said sweater.
I always check in to see what the weekend treats are. Tonight, I watched "The Manster", wishing that I had had a blank tape close by. _________________ ~~The trouble with reality is there's no background music.~~ |

At this juncture, I am considering if I ever saw Illya Kuryakin in the sweater aisle at GeeBees. I think I saw him once. He was shoplifting a Dickie. Blue. Perhaps periwinkle. I couldn't tell for certain because of the cheap florescent lighting. I followed him to the parking lot. He was drivin' a compact with no muff. _________________ My dreams need me more than I need my dreams. |

I had my car stolen from a GeeBees parking lot. The trunk was full of fresh Pruno and Pierogies from that place in the Rocks. Please return Pruno. No questions asked.
