Lost movies from back in the dayI'm looking for some help. I can't remember the name of a movie but it takes place in the jungle. There's a white guy who's like a scientist or doctor. The movie flashes back to when a prince of the tribe committs some infraction of tribal laws and they bury his butt inside a tree trunk.
Later he comes back to life as half tree half man to terrorize the villagers who refer to this thing as the "Tobonga".
Anybody else recall this flick?
Anybody got some tobonga for sale?

Song LyricsI am inspired to write some lyrics to fit standard songs...
Yes we have no tabonga
We have no tabonga today
Yes we have no tabonga
We have no Tabonga today
We have an old fashioned Godzilla
Even a Brooklyn Gorilla
but
Yes we have no tabonga
We have no tabonga today

The movie you seek is "Two Testicles For Aunt Sadie". Released in Canada as "Testicle!". Hugh Beaumont starred with Babs Billingsly as The Editrix. Musical score by Artie Spivak and the Spleenations.
I have a copy. Betamax.

"She Almost Gargled It" (1929) B&W -silent. Buster Keaton and Lillian Gish as stagehands in a travelling production of "He Rubber-Bands It To His Leg", who aspire to hit the big time. They both take their own lives after realizing that they'll always be alcoholic whantos who are destined to handle the props forever. It's a bit short at only 68 minutes, but effective. I cried without cessation from title to credits. Peter 'Pundo' Larexis did the organ score. This is the movie you've been trying to locate.
